funny fruitz drink mix
hey, kids, let's get all sugared up for this post!..i was lookin' through the meet mr. product book (great character mascots and stuff) and saw th' funny face drink mixes from when i was a kid. great designs! we weren't allowed to have soda when we were growing up but th' sugar-filled drink mixes were okay. I started foolin' around in illustrator and came up with my version of these great fruity mascots. pour some sugar in yer water an' enjoy!..

ReplyDeleteI used to have a book called "Ad Boy" that had mascots from the 50s and 60s of which this reminds me. I wish I still had that around. It was really inspiring to flip through.

ReplyDeleteas a kid, I was a huge fan of the funny face gang. I had some of the plastic mugs, and the wacky walker set.
